All FALLA restaurants receive dedicated business support. Franchisees receive the care of a Franchise Business Coach, who is in daily contact with the owners and regularly provides feedback to increase business efficiency and profitability.
Estimated Total Investment
The estimated investment amount for a FALLA restaurant ranges from 300,000 PLN net, plus the costs of renovation and adapting the premises to meet the requirements for operating a food service business. This amount also includes kitchen equipment and fittings for the kitchen and bar, as well as any potential deposit for the premises.
The licensing fee is a one-time payment of 15,000 PLN, while the franchise fee is 6% of the franchisee’s monthly turnover.
Basic Network Requirements
The franchisee is required to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and other documents needed to properly fulfill their obligations under the cooperation agreement throughout its duration. When deciding to operate a Falla restaurant, the restaurateur must register a business, obtain a range of permits, and follow specific procedures to launch the restaurant. The premises should be on the ground floor with window openings and space for a garden. A mandatory feature is natural moss in front of the bar counter. The restaurant decor should include natural wood, metal, brick, and shades of gray, with natural greenery on the windowsills and tables. We do not require the franchisee to have experience in the food industry.
REQUIRED PREMISES:
- A „street-side” location, with a typical standard size of 90-130 m2 (max up to 150m2).
- Ground floor, not a basement.
- Premises with space for a summer garden.
- Power connection capacity: an additional 18 kW or a gas connection.
- Efficient and effective mechanical ventilation.
